How to Get There

In Hobble Creek Canyon, immediately after the golf course the first pavilion park is Kelly’s Grove on the right side of the street. This is the park you want. Here is an overview map:

Right after you turn into Kelly’s Grove, instead of going down the main road, take an immediate left and there is a road just for the Steelworker’s Pavilion. Go down it for about 50 feet and there is a parking lot just for our pavilion. This is a good map to help you see where to go:

Pavilion Details

It is on the hill above on the other pavilions on a level spot of land surrounded by trees. There are two fairly large fields around it. There is a steep hill to go down to the swing sets, restrooms,  and river. Or you could drive around if you wanted.

One of the fields
The pavilion with six tables, cement serving tables on either side of the fireplace and a serving table next to the one electrical outlet.
The fireplace
Inside the pavilion
The BBQ
The electrical outlet right by the serving table/shelf

To get to the river, you walk down the hill, across the field, across the street and a little picnic area and then there is this nice little area to get in the river – so bring clothes to get wet or a swimsuit!
